Sandstone Cloud, LLC (FOMO) sends automated SMS text messages containing a 6-digit verification code when you sign up for a new account or log in with your phone number. This code verifies your phone number ownership and secures your account. Consent is not required to use the app — users may sign in with email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In instead.
In the FOMO mobile app, users enter their phone number on the verification screen. Before receiving any SMS, the user must:
1. Voluntarily enter their phone number
2. Read the consent disclosure displayed on-screen
3. Tap the "Send Code" button to explicitly request a verification SMS
The following consent text is displayed on the phone number entry screen:
No SMS is sent without the user actively requesting it. Consent is not required to use the app — users may sign in with email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In instead.
One (1) message per verification attempt. No recurring messages. No marketing messages. No promotional texts.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS messages from FOMO. You can still use FOMO by logging in with email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In.
